Spent last weekend training at an event at San Diego City College.  Must say, the hospitality was great. 

The classes focused on Group Policy in an Academic Environment and Virtual PC in the classroom.  Thanks again to @One for sponsoring the event.  A special thanks to Rose Hicks, super coordinator. 

Stayed at the Sheraton Marina, usually one of my favorite hotels in SD.  Unfortunately there was a Cajun festival going on right under my patio...needless to say, quiet and solitude was not attained.

Just received the invitation to become a MCT Ambassador at TechEd.  I am so honored to be selected to work with the TechEd 2005 team. Thanks to MSLearning and Ken Rosen!  What a great homecoming gift.

Spent the last few days at the CISOA conference at Granlibakken Resort at Lake Tahoe.  I was priviledged to present a Group Policy seminar to the attendees for @One.  What an outstanding group of IT Professionals!  The team from Microsoft Education presented an amazing show of Personal Portals, Biz Talk, Identity Management Server and demonstrated the new personal portal system in place at Bellevue CC in Washington.  I know where I will be spending my time at TechEd.

Tahoe was beautiful, the weather was a bit chilly for my Arizona blood, but the collegiality was unbeatable.  Thanks CISOA for offering me the opportunity to discuss Group Policies in Academic Environments.  A special thanks to the @One group and John Whitmer for facilitating my trip.
